Did you know that even healthcare recruiters have their own marked day known as National Healthcare Recruiter Recognition Day? Congratulations to my recruiter friends, it’s your day. Many of you didn’t realize that recruiters also have their day of recognition. This day falls on first tuesday in June. This year, it came on June 4. This day is the best way to encourage the service and the helping hand healthcare recruiters provide to their organizations every day.

National Association for Healthcare Recruitment (NAHCR) helps Healthcare recruiters to search best candidates and employees for their organizations. Recruiters play an intrinsic role in daily operations of their facility.  Many patients would have suffered without these professionals and their skillful efforts. Medical recruitment is one of the most challenging tasks in recruiting, because of high rise requirement for healthcare specialist and experts, especially in clinical positions.

Healthcare recruiters receive guidance and support from NAHCR through advancement, education and professional development. NAHCR has 1000 members serving as nurse, physicians and HR professionals operating in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, HMO’s, Nursing and military schools.
