    Added by My Identity Doctor

You might have tried, otherwise have read my previous recipe of Pancakes. For those who haven’t tried, don’t forget to do it. Hey friends, do you know that this month is known as celiac disease month. Ok friends; now let’s move ahead to my next recipe. Excited? Yes, me too. It’s absolutely gluten free and made up of chocolate chips. So, today it’s time for a new gluten free recipe that is Chocolate Cookies. Yummy, isn’t it. I love that. Here’s the recipe, note it down.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup gluten-free flour
    • ½ tsp. baking soda
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • 1 egg
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ¼ cup light brown sugar
    • 1 stick (4 oz.) melted butter or margarine
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 cup chocolate chips

    Method:

    • Take a bowl and add flour, baking soda, salt in it and set aside for some time.
    • Beat egg gently with an electric mixer. Add sugar and beat until it combines. Mix butter, vanilla and beat unless it smoothes. Combine all the mixture with flour and chocolate chips. Cover the mixture and let it chill overnight.
    • Preheat oven at 375°F. Place scoops of dough on ungreased baking sheets. Bake it for 9-12 minutes, or until it is slightly brown on top. Remove it and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Ready to serve and good to eat.

Friends, I am done with the gluten free cookies recipe. Try it at home and tell me how you find it. And don’t forget to spread celiac disease awareness to your loved ones or people around you. Your always hungry shop dog (that’s me) will come back later. Bye!!
