Worried what exactly to eat in Celiac – Read this

Posted on April 16, 2013 by admin

Hello friends, today I have come up with a gluten free recipe that is extremely delicious especially for breakfast. As you know, with purpose of celiac disease awareness there are many tasty gluten free products available in the market these days. All you have to do is always read ingredients list on the products.Eating products or food containing gluten will leave you with some unwelcoming symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhoea, fatigue etc.

Here, I will teach you recipe that is easy to prepare as well as gluten free – “Pancakes” recipe. Get started with the ingredients and you are ready to make it.

Pancakes – Gluten Free Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 120g Gluten free flour ( Available in market)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup – 250ml milk
  • butter for cooking

Method:
Pour the flour in a vessel or bowl. Break the egg in half and mix in one-fourth of the milk. Use blender to carefully combine the mixture. Make it in a paste, and mix in another one-fourth of milk. Once it is in proper liquid form i.e clump free, add the remaining milk. Let it rest for about 20 mins. Mix properly before making it.

Heat a nonstick pan with a lump of butter. Put a small amount of the mixture into the pan when the butter begins to fluff. Spin the pan around a bit to shape the mixture in a circle. Cook for few minutes unless it is golden brown on both sides. Add more butter while frying if necessary. Serve it hot with juice or syrup.

So friends, I am done with the recipe. Enjoyed? Yes. Then don’t forget to write me, your suggestions are always honored. Yours Burton, “Bark ! Bark! Woof!”

Last but not the least, I would like to advise all my dear friends who have celiac to wear celiac disease bracelet to spread celiac disease awareness to your loved ones.
