Here, I will teach you recipe that is easy to prepare as well as gluten free – “Pancakes” recipe. Get started with the ingredients and you are ready to make it.
Pancakes – Gluten Free Breakfast
- 120g Gluten free flour ( Available in market)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup – 250ml milk
- butter for cooking
Pour the flour in a vessel or bowl. Break the egg in half and mix in one-fourth of the milk. Use blender to carefully combine the mixture. Make it in a paste, and mix in another one-fourth of milk. Once it is in proper liquid form i.e clump free, add the remaining milk. Let it rest for about 20 mins. Mix properly before making it.
Heat a nonstick pan with a lump of butter. Put a small amount of the mixture into the pan when the butter begins to fluff. Spin the pan around a bit to shape the mixture in a circle. Cook for few minutes unless it is golden brown on both sides. Add more butter while frying if necessary. Serve it hot with juice or syrup.
