Hey friends, you haven’t told me how my blog sounds to you. Not fair!! Common don’t think just write, like I do- Woof. It’s the first week of May and I am feeling so tired. Whoa- its May, How can I forget it’s actually AAA month. Confused, thought so, its Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month. Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) has acknowledged May as Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month. It is the high season for asthma and allergy victims. It is also the best time to come together and educate our family members, friends and others about its conditions.

Asthma is a national epidemic disturbing almost 26 million Americans along with 7 million children. Asthma is a kind of disease that affects your lungs severely. It leads to frequent snoring, shortness of breath, over night coughing, restlessness in sleep etc. Medicines can restrict asthma attacks and prevent triggers and allergens that cause any sudden disorder.

If you know which elements can provoke your allergy or asthma attack, it is essential for you to make according alterations to create an indoor environment that is symptom free. May is the month to be more attentive of your health, medical treatment alternatives and products that will help you live freely.
