  • SYMBOL COLOR: - chooses the color of Medical Symbol
Please Note:
Not all ID styles have different Symbol Colors. Only a select few ID styles will have colored symbols. RED is available for All ID Styles

Wallet Card Information

In addition to our medical ID bracelets you can download a FREE medical ID card using one of the options below.

You can download it and print it out as a PDF document. Or you can type in your information using our free ID card program. This medical identification card can be used in your wallet or laminated and attached to clothing or lanyards. This free medical ID is no substitute for a bracelet. Wallet cards should be used with a medical id bracelet. Personal are trained to look for an ID bracelet and or ID necklace. Wallet cards are used as a back up.
